A search for identity to achieve a reconnection with our origins as the city of León, Guanajuato, with what we were and what we are. Our model performs this search in the city markets, which by themselves tell miles of stories, where she finds certain details and symbols that represent us, the first object she finds is a flower, which manifests beauty and that retreat in search of the identity, followed specifically by 3 bees, which symbolize the industriousness of the citizens. Then, evoking the Chichimecas, the original settlers of our lands. After some pearls that allude to the city as the pearl of the shoal and finally completes her mission with a crown, which in addition to seeing it as a symbol of an honorary badge, helps her as an ecstasy that unites her with that achievement of identity.

A Fashion Film derived from a commercial production for an Egyptian denim-based brand, Warped. A brand that prides itself on the inclusion of all those othered, over-looked and ostracized.
This film was shot in an industrial factory in Port Said, built in 2005 and later expanded in 2008 producing garments for European brands in Italy, Germany, Denmark and Spain. The brand identity and strategy heavily relies on the element of thrill, obscurity and the acknowledgment of the collective need for new blood within this generation’s Egyptian culture.
The approach to filming this project was to capture the eeriness of the brand through finding video-game commonalities between scenic frames and camera movements. Displacing the glamour of fashion within the confines of a dark, harsh industrial, almost post-apocalyptic environment.
The soundtrack is made from field recordings of ambiences, machines and equipment within the factory. The choreography is loosely free-styled, inspired by a blend of contemporary dance, hip-hop and onset improvisation, as a means of depicting an unfastened narrative.
TITLE ID Youth – Napoli
DIRECTOR Raffaele Aquilante
ID Youth – Napoli is a short journey through the talents of the second Neapolitan generations. With photographer Ben Drame and stylist Alexandra Ciubotaru we interviewed young Neapolitan talents in their favourite places. The always unpredictable energies of a city like Naples immediately merged and mixed with a work that had nothing written about it. The fortuitous and fleeting encounters in the historic centre and the Spanish quarters created a spontaneous and articulate editorial that is faithful to the theory of ‘The whole is more than the sum of its parts’. We were literally invaded by the emotional richness of this city. The video is just my personal testimony to the birth of new friendships and collaborations.

TITLE STING LIKE A BEE
BRAND Ape Piaggio
A story of love, life and tuning.
‘Sting like a bee’ is a musical journey through passion and courting, exploring the human nature behind the tuning of one of the most iconic vehicles ever made in Italy, the Ape Piaggio.
Like a restless bee who’s looking for the most beautiful flower in the field, Nicola, the protagonist, buzzes the streets of Vasto -a place forgotten by God- in search of love and personal affirmation. A path that will lead him to contend for the conquest of the territory and the heart of his beloved.
The music film aims to create an unexpected bridge between the everyday life of a group of youngsters with an uncontrollable passion for tuning, and the natural world. A connection that, as in Aesop’s fables, is deeper than it seems.

Diversity is synonymous with beauty, which inspires the creativity of artists.
Club nightlife is, for most of us, a place where we can freely express ourselves. Where we can show our true personality without fear of being judged.
Each of us comes from different life experiences and cultures, this makes us all…. limited edition.
A New York club, music in the background that draws us into another dimension. Different characters that integrate and interact perfectly in this almost surreal environment.
In the darkness of the night, souls are released and reveal their hidden side, while their stories mingle. It is we who create our own story by showing ourselves without constraints.
When the possibility of expressing ourselves is limited, we find ourselves motionless on a revolving platform, spectators of our life passing by without being able to interact with it.
The important thing is not to lose the desire to re-enter the club.
In this world of the night we experiment with bold looks alongside looks with a more traditional flavour.
The tailoring has precious fabrics and luxurious details reminiscent of Italian tradition. Double cashmere outerwear and contrasting details such as knitted collars. The military theme returns, with coats and suits made of heavy felts typical of soldiers’ blankets.
The woman uses the coat as armour to protect her sensuality. Sporty items from college days reappear from the wardrobe, such as Rugby polo shirts with embroidery on the back, to proudly bring a piece of us, of our past, into the club.
Through the looks we find the courage to express who we are, without fear of using garments with audacity, such as underwear that becomes the protagonist and no longer something to hide.
