Back in 2008 Elizabeth started Ever Manifesto with Charlotte Casiraghi and Alexia Niedzielski, a publication and initiative on sustainability in fashion and design, encouraging brands to be more conscious.

Elizabeth co-founded ADA, a social gaming and fashion platform which launched in China in 2019.

Elizabeth has been a LVMH Prize expert for the past two years.
